Long story, but I’ve never been inside this place, and I live at least an hour away from it. But when I dialed a number that Simplicity Vacuums provided for repairs and service, I was connected to Agency. Tom went the extra mile to help me connect with Simplicity’s corporate office, and even offered to call a repair shop closer to me to get them to honor my warranty! If this is the kind of customer service Agency provides to someone who isn’t really a customer, they must be golden with their actual customers. Thank you, Tom!
