We bought a Riccar at Agency
We bought a Riccar at Agency several years ago and have loved the machine. I went in today needing a new hose for ours and these guys (Jesse) were once again supper helpful!

Tom went the extra mile
Long story, but I’ve never been inside this place, and I live at least an hour away from it. But when I dialed a number that Simplicity Vacuums provided for repairs and service, I was connected to Agency. Tom went the extra mile to help me connect with Simplicity’s corporate office, and even offered to call a repair shop closer to me to get them to honor my warranty! If this is the kind of customer service Agency provides to someone who isn’t really a customer, they must be golden with their actual customers. Thank you, Tom! If I ever move to Aurora, you’ve got my business.

All the staff was attentive
I went to agency as a last resort to fix the switch on a table lamp. Jesse had it fixed in 10 minutes. All the staff was attentive and the business was great to deal with. I will continue to drive from SE Aurora for small appliance repairs. Thanks!!

We have always been treated exceptionally
My husband & I own a carpet cleaning company and have used Agency for over 10 years for all of our cleaning supplies & occasionally to replace a machine. We have always been treated exceptionally well by the staff, but Jesse has to be our favorite! Agency Vac & Tvs will always be our go to store & we’d recommend them to anyone whose looking for quality service at a fair price! Thanks guys!
